Top highlights: Microgaming-powered, and has a fair few interesting table games
VIP or loyalty programme: Yes
Other offerings: None
Having been around the online casino block since 2012, it’s interesting to consider just what Lucky247 offers its players: they have total mobile compatibility, and a pretty dashing mobile site at that...but no live casino section. This is a casino of interesting contrasts, but still one which gives a great player experience. The website looks great and is really easy to use, and did we mention? It’s powered exclusively by Microgaming.
What we saw in the promotions page at the time of writing didn't really overwhelm us - in fact, there are exactly four bonuses on offer - two welcome bonuses, and two other bonuses.
As mentioned above, everything on offer here is by none other than industry leader Microgaming (and more on that later). There are a few strange choices of games - for example, the site doesn’t have any live casino games to speak of, nor an attached poker or bingo client, but does have a ‘Casual Games’ section.
Otherwise, we’re certain that players will find something to like here among the:
These games are all available via Lucky247’s superb mobile platform too, as well as their equally terrific iOS and Android apps.
It’s a shame, but Lucky247 currently doesn't have any extra offerings - or even a live casino section.
The first thing you’ll notice about this casino is how fabulous it looks - as far as online casinos go, we’ve never really seen one which even comes close to the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas - but Lucky247 is the closest we’ve seen of them all. Luscious reds, glamorous models and a general feeling of luxury really comes through as you browse and play. It’s incredibly easy to navigate too, thanks to some handy dropdown menus and clear labeling.
The site is powered by industry-leading software provider Microgaming, otherwise known as the software provider who powers some of the most rewarding progressive slot games anywhere - and, what's more, you can easily play each and every one of these aforementioned slot games at Lucky247!
Other than the excellent multi-platform capability, another thing we heard on the block about Lucky247 is that they apparently commission independently audited RTP reports for slot games, which is a solid move in our books.
Lucky247 scores a major win by calling the Loyalty Club what it is - a Loyalty Club.
Unfortunately, that's where things get a bit more complicated. From the first wager, players at Lucky247 receive Loyalty Points. It’s the same as with other casinos - the more you wager, the more Loyalty Points you receive. The more Loyalty Points you get the higher your Loyalty Club Tier. Here are the highlights (check out Lucky247’s site for more details):
BRONZE |
5 casino credits wagered = 1 Loyalty Point 500 Loyalty Points = 1 casino credit |

...but as you probably already know, not all casino game wagers were created equally. Here’s each game’s wagering contribution at Lucky247:
Game Type | Contribution |
All slots | 100% |
All progressive slots, table pokers (except Texas Hold ‘em, Red Dog, Casino War and Sic Bo) | 50% |
All video/power pokers (excluding all aces video/power pokers), all blackjacks (excluding classic blackjack), all craps, all baccarats, all roulette and all Texas Hold ‘em poker games | 10% |
Classic blackjack, all aces video/power poker | 1% |
Otherwise, you gain more Loyalty Points by:
...which to us sounds like a bit of a Catch-22, until you realise that the more you wager, the more Points you receive, which gets you into those higher tiers. Otherwise, you need to maintain those points to remain there, or you’ll be downgraded to a lower tier, and there’s a three-month period during which these maintenance requirements have to be met. Also, if your Loyalty Points have not been redeemed within 60 days, they will expire.

Weirdly enough, we couldn't find an FAQ page on the site - and we tried to find one for quite a while. It just wouldn't make sense that Lucky247 wouldn't want to include an FAQ section - after all, it would make their lives easier, providing a one-stop shop for players needing an answer to a (most likely regularly asked) question.
Otherwise, the casino does have a UK landline to call, an email address to send queries to, a 24/7 live chat and several social media profiles. When we tried the live chat, it was answered within 45 seconds, and was very helpful. Currently, support is available in English only.
Players from the UK are able to play at Lucky247, although residents from the following countries/locations are restricted from doing so:
The Middle East
Africa
Several European countries (France, Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Turkey)
The USA
Venezuela
Singapore
Hong Kong
South Africa
Lucky247 is licensed by the Maltese Gaming Authority.
Overall, we really liked Lucky247 - the atmosphere is fantastic, and the way the casino streams and plays across mobile devices is superb.
But - and this ‘but’ really depends on you as a player - it was a bit strange that there was no live casino section. Or FAQ section. And we would have liked to have seen some more promotions on offer.
Having said all of that, this is still a solid casino choice for those looking for a casino which gets everything that matters - the games, the mobile compatibility - right. Although, if live casino is more of your thing, you'd likely be better off elsewhere.
