Casino Cruise was established in 2014 and is operated by the Malta-based company, Genesis Global Limited. As its name suggests, it’s a casino site with a somewhat nautical theme, although many players may be most interested in the over 1,300 games that it offers across various categories and from multiple renowned software providers.
Not all casino sites – especially relatively new ones – offer a very broad or interesting selection of promos and bonuses, but Casino Cruise certainly excels in this regard. Offerings at the time of this review included:
As aforementioned, Casino Cruise serves up well over a thousand games, with more than 500 of these also being available in gorgeously optimised form on the mobile version of the site. There are also many acclaimed software developers represented across these games, including the likes of NetEnt, NYX Interactive, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming and Play’n GO.
The below are just some of the games that you can expect to find at Casino Cruise:
While some online casinos make a big fuss about offering so much more than casino games, Casino Cruise isn’t one of them – so you won’t find sports betting on offer here, for instance. However, the ‘Other Games’ section does serve up some intriguing alternatives to the usual slots, blackjack and roulette, including the likes of:
Some casino sites place all of their faith in one software developer, which can result in a slightly ‘samey’ experience across the site. This isn’t the case with Casino Cruise, as you’ll find games on offer from a variety of respected games providers like Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Microgaming and Evolution Gaming.
No less important, however, are such elements of the site itself as its colour scheme and navigation menus. As you might expect given the marine theme, there are various graphical references to ship’s wheels and compasses, but the site otherwise relies on an unfussy black and grey design, albeit one that also incorporates no shortage of classy imagery.
The main navigation options are also clearly laid out at the top of the page, so you shouldn’t have many problems getting around the site.
While there are various allusions to the ‘cruise ship’ side of things across the site, the only literal connection we could find on the site to such a thing was a prize draw that players on the site could enter to win a cruise around the Canary Islands.
Otherwise, Casino Cruise plays things surprisingly conventionally compared to its rival gambling sites, with the assortment of games, promos and features generally being as you would expect from a site without such a distinctive theme.
The VIP programme at Casino Cruise works in much the same way as similar schemes on other casino sites, in that players aren’t able to specifically request to be made a VIP. Instead, if they play the site’s games frequently enough to accumulate a certain number of loyalty points, they are invited to become a member of the programme by the site’s VIP department.
The scheme consists of three suites – the Deluxe, Royal and Presidential suite – which each offer certain perks. These range from personalised email support and customer service and exclusive weekend promotions to exclusive event invitations and express withdrawals.
Casino Cruise gives you pretty much every possible means of adding money to your account that you could imagine, although PayPal is a perhaps surprising omission.

As is the case on other casino sites, you can expect to be asked to verify your identity before you will be allowed to take any funds out of your account. Fortunately, you can do this easily enough by providing certain documents, such as a passport and credit card.

Unlike almost any other casino site operating today, Casino Cruise seems to lack a frequently asked questions (FAQs) section. In addition, at the time of our visit to the site for this review, the ‘Support’ link was not working correctly, so it wasn’t easy to find an email address or phone number for getting in touch with the help team.
However, the ‘live chat’ feature is easy enough to access simply by clicking the ‘Chat’ icon in the bottom right corner of the page. Casino Cruise also has a presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Google+, which gives you even more options for contacting the support staff if necessary.
There are certain parts of the world that Casino Cruise describes as ‘prohibited jurisdictions’, which are where prospective members are not allowed to open an account on the site. Examples of prohibited jurisdictions include:
The United States of America and its territories
The United States of America and its territories
France and its territories
By hitting the flag tab further up the page, you can also choose between various languages in which you would like to view the site, including:

Genesis Global Limited – the site that operates Casino Cruise – is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authorities (MGA), while for UK players, the site is regulated by the highly respected Gambling Commission.
For players outside the UK, several of the site’s games providers – namely Microgaming, Play’n GO, NYX Interactive and Evolution Gaming – are subject to regulation by the Curacao government.
Casino Cruise may be a little buggy in places – which isn’t ideal for a site that has been around for a few years now – and the maritime references are a little tenuous. Otherwise, it’s actually a very well-rounded place to play gambling games from a host of acclaimed software providers, across such categories as blackjack, roulette, slots and more.
The promos are also wider-ranging than we’d have expected from a site of such relative youth, and the site design allows for quick and easy navigation.
Register for an account at Casino Cruise today, and you’ll find a site that serves up a stiff challenge to the most familiar names in the world of online casino gaming.
